On June 21, the Hungary high-nickel ternary cathode materials green intellectual manufacturing project ushered in an important node - the main cathode main plant carried out the first lifting work of the main frame, and the lifting of the two main frame columns was completed in position, marking that the construction of the main plant was transferred from the foundation project to the superstructure project, formally opening a new chapter of the main plant construction. The construction progress of the project has taken a solid step forward.

As the first industrial project invested by Huayou in Europe, the first cathode factory constructed and the first smart manufacturing base planned, the Hungarian Green Smart Manufacturing Project of High-Nickel Cationic Materials is the key action of Huayou's high-level opening up, the key path of internationalization operation, and the key initiative of high-quality development.

From June 21, 2023 to June 21, 2024, from the official announcement of the project, the signing of the project to the commencement of piling and column construction on site, the European base has opened up a new situation for the project landing after one year's hard work and made remarkable progress.

During the year, staffs in European base carried out the spirit of "Constantly Strive to Become Stronger and Pursue Excellence", and realized a number of key breakthroughs: PEIA permit in November 2023, piling work in December, SEVESO permit in May 2024, EIA/IPPC permit, BP building permit and so on. The application time of project is 1-2 months shorter than the original plan, which fully demonstrates "Huayou's speed".
